The location of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by lush gardens and right by the sea. the room was spacious and had a lovely veranda, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.
Some of the facilities were not up to scratch and could use an update.

Despite the size of the complex, it was very quiet and there was enough place for guests to have a good rest near the pool and on the beach
The dinner was ok, but from our point of view the price-performance ratio was not adequate, portions are so small.

Having a nice big patio was awesome - felt like a dream. Plus, there's a pool 🏊 right there too! the Glass House restaurant is just a short walk away; perfect for grabbing some lunch.

Best hotel experience. If you don't want to go far from the property, try Warung Bamai, which is 400 ft away. Pool available in the hotel

Both the buildings and the gardens are beautifully designed and maintained. Also the 5 minutes inland lying villa is fantastically beautiful with a great pool. Very friendly staff. We know many facilities in Bali, this is one of the most beautiful.
The prices for massage, food and drinks are high. Evening service for mosquito nets and coils does not take place in the villa.

- beautiful hotel in Balinese style. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got great tips for exploring the area. - The spa is definitely worth a visit. We even got aloe vera there for sunburn. - Very tasty food, especially the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. - the pool area invites you to relax, local plants are everywhere

The hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre and Swimming pool were exceptionally relaxing. the Outdoor dining area had a picturesque view of the surrounding gardens. the service was attentive and friendly.
The selection of items on the Breakfast buffet was limited. this minor issue was surpassed by the excellent quality of food provided.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with lovely gardens and a private beach. The pool was huge and the Spa fantastic. Both the breakfast and the restaurant's evening meals were a delight with extensive menus and dishes cooked to order. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The location was perfect for exploring Bale’s authentic and traditional areas.
The rooms could do with some renovations as they looked tired and dated. Housekeeping was not consistent with repairs and replacing worn items and we had to request several times during our stay.

We loved the attention to detail in the hotel facilities, including the well-kept gardens, clean pool area, and proximity to the beach. The staff is genuinely friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome during our stay. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
Cannot find any fault.

The food was terrible and overpriced. We were expecting a fancy dinner but the dishes were bland and lacked flavor.
